Pretty interesting so far especially given since we have gotten rid of the way our founding fathers thought we would run our courts. The big difference is the jury, they used to have power to check government on a ruling now it’s far less power but again controlling a much smaller population back then is far different than now. We are individual instead of communal now.

So far, it reads as really complacent, breezy, and extremely unrealistic. I’m continuing to let him make his best argument. I can see why he is listed on the federalist society page as a contributor.
