It's actually kinda nice to have a heroine who's always wanted to be a SAHM, and who legit enjoys housework and once considered being a maid as a career. Unusual, but also kinda sweet.

Very old-fashioned feel, like Greta worrying about her biological clock, Luke thinking that running a B&B isn't for men (presented as a fact, not an attitude), and the narrative comment that "despite being unwed and childless", Luke's aunt Leisl's heart is "spoken for" by her church work.

Not bad things necessarily, just a bit jarring to read since the rest of the language is contemporary and not as 1950s/1960s.
