Being AFAB a lot of this rings true. It's not just America that's wrapped in fat-phobia. My father has been on "diets" all his life. I was fat, i was wrong and i was shameful. And it sucks that i carry the same judgement. When i see a person my first thoughts are those of fat shaming.
