I like the way the author explains what happens during certain period of times on 75 hard. There are some good quotes in this section. "The only real victory is completing it. Perfectly."

1/30- Read pages 120-135 today. While in the treadmill in the leasing office ;)

This is such an easy read. I'm currently on day 6 of the 75Hard challenge. The book just makes the challenge more likable and gives me more clarity on the why.
