I´m listening to the audiobook. Ricardo Torralba ´s catalan accent is a thing. I´m sure that Michael Ferraiuolo has listening to samples of catalan speeches and he has incorporated them into English. I don't think he ever thought a Catalan would hear this. But yes, here i am . ;) .

Okay, okay. Two things. A) this author seems to either know absolutely nothing about how organized crime works, or just ignores it for the sake of the story, but B) the most unrealistic thing to this point is that an Italian man would willingly put on an FC Barcelona shirt.

This book is so fun. I love it.

I can't decide if this reads as if it was written by a woman who is desperately trying to come off masculine, and miserably failing at it, or as if it was written by an overly stereotypically gay man. Lmao

I love that we are getting directly into the plot.

I think I might dub 2023 my “year of toxic reading” B/C the way I would rather read a few chapters from a new book instead of finishing my other books is astounding. FINISH YOUR OLDER BOOKS FIRST JANEE!
