Status Updates From Too Close to the Flame

I’m listening. This narrator is quite peppy! I feel like I should be bouncing up and down and clapping while I listen!

I know the story will be good since I’ve already listened to the Mohegan U and Bethesda Barracudas series, but the narrator is rather different from what I’m used to.

Decently engaging for the first 15%, but the two mcs’ relationship was way too sweet (repeated pet names is a thing with this writing team—be warned), and I just couldn’t work up any enthusiasm for them after they decided to try to have a relationship. Everything was simplistic. Good and evil.
