A more benevolent form of capitalism is required, one that does not seek to monopolize and eliminate competition but that shares innovation and develops a trampoline (as opposed to a safety net) that allows those who have fallen to jump up.

Because when everybody thinks the same, we miss out on the opportunity to meet challenges with fresh ideas, we become complacent and we continue to do what we've always done before. The question that every company and every community has to ask is@ "Is everyone in the room?"
