Michelle Connolly is 20% done

I've reached 20% of the book and the story still hasn't captured my attention at all. I'm just not getting into it. The writing is good but I've found it very boring and I constantly reach the bottom of the page and realize I have no clue what I just read. Maybe it's just not what I need right now, so I'm putting it on pause for now and getting back to it later.

There is one creepy villain in this one! This story definitely isn't playing out how I expected but I'll be interested in seeing it to the end. I just hope Maris and Derrick grow up a bit. Their relationship started off strong, but they've become a bit petty in recent chapters.
