My opinion has shifted. I feel as though the characters are playing dumb and ignoring the most obvious suspect. They've addressed this person several times and just keep saying "it can't be them" with no further evidence as to why not. To say I will be disappointed if it ends up being this person and the author just assumes the reader is as ignorant as his characters is an understatement.
