By golly, something exciting has finally happened in this book! What a shock!! This story has been putting me to sleep since the halfway mark. But I sure didn't expect this...

Things in this book are improving. Can't believe I am actually close to finishing this after so long!

So I am reading this again and I started from page 1. And getting this far I remember why I had stopped on this book: it was triggering me. And so much bickering in here too. It's like everyone is fighting with everyone else. And Ella gets blamed for stuff by her mother, for almost everything. The story doesn't match the pretty cover at all. But I will finish this.

Well Ella is another damaged person who is constantly saying sorry for everything, even things not her fault. I think she's scared to speak up due to her past. But Dylan actually seems decent?? And he noticed what is going on with Ella and he seems to care?

So far these characters don't seem as damaged as the ones from the previous book but I will see as I read farther. But Ella does seem to have a few issues... And she sure doesn't get along with Dylan. I guess these two will get forced together? 😐
