Status Updates From The Fall (Blue Plague #1)

For the love of all things zombie, just stop dick riding Bruce for 5 minutes and focus on the story.

Gahhh I don't know how much more of these boring ass people I can take. We get it, they are your perfect conservative prepper family, they're rigid as all get outs and ready, WE GET IT, can we move along and get a crumb of plot already?

Dnf. I started sighing at the first page, tried to hang in there, but just didn't like it.
Other negative reviews have already covered this better than I will. But in a few bullet points:
- zombies and virus are interesting...
- the main characters are not.
- far too much unnecessary boring detail
- the views of the author are clearly portrayed in his writing. And it is clear that if you don't agree: you suck.

After 100 pages we finally reach the outbreak beginning in America. This was too longwinded, slow and boring. I'm done.

This book is going to be the death of me. Death by bad writing and boredom. But I must get through it. It's just going to take me a very long time.
