ngl pretty cute book, just the cursing thing annoys me

actually a pretty cute book ngl

the book is cute, but the “God bless America” Is getting old

ngl the lack of swearing is getting to me: if it’s due to the character themselves (ie: I imagine Hadley doesn’t want to swear in-front of her kid) then the character themselves should at least acknowledge it. But like, saying “fudge” during the pain of contractions is crazy

so far, just pissed off at the fact that the ML is an asshole and how there’s no way a 3-year-old is able to form functional sentences like Lucy
