“There are 26 Negroes living in Moscow. 15 years ago they had left their homes in America. Come to this Russian “utopia.” Now they want to come home, but cannot… These people sail from America to settle in Russia. Probably they were motivated by the feeling the grass is greener for them there… They know by now the American system is the best system. The America is a land of opportunity in Russia is not.“

Clearly a political pamphlet, so I'm reading it as such.
