First comic of the month <3

Yuuuusssss! So much better than the first volume/6 comics! There’s a continuous storyline and plots from other comics coming into this one. THE BROOD IS BACK AHHH

Definitely not as good as the first collection. I hope I'm not letting my distance from the X-Men color my judgment. It felt like at some point in all the old comics, Spider-Man would reflect on losing Uncle Ben, or Batman would think about how criminals are a cowardly lot.
But not here. There's no catching up on what you missed. It's a more mature approach, but it also makes it harder to follow.
