Oh my goodness this book is ridiculous. Also a lot more Adult than I was expecting! But it has been a perfect before bed read so far

Just doing a fun, casual study of Nora Roberts’ writing, reading all her books in chronological order: In 1992, at the time this book was published, I noticed a couple of changes: The Hero is no longer a smoker…the Villain is, but is (politically) aware that smoking is no longer part of a powerful or attractive image. Alzheimer’s is a disease that’s beginning to emerge as a topic of conversation.
