Status Updates From The Punic Wars

Excellent narrative makes it an easy read. Author does not get bogged down in the minutia and challenges the understanding of the events of the first Punic war. It’s understandably difficult to determine fact from fiction in history that was written down 2,200 years ago… and the primary sources are writings that occurred 10-15 years after the war ended. Overall a great summary of the 1st. On to the 2nd and 3rd!!
