موضوع قوائم القراءة موضوع كبير، اكتفت الكاتبة بأقل من صفحة عنه ثم أتبعته بقوائم قرائية من ترشيحها.
الالتزام بقائمة قراءة بيبقى فعلا صعب، إلا لو التزام دراسي أو له علاقة بالعمل. القراءة بشكل عام معتمدة على حاجتنا ليها وده بيعتمد على مزاجنا وظروفنا واحتياجاتنا. ساعات حتى لو حد اقترح كتاب مفيد وممتع بنأجله عشان مش مناسب لمزاجنا الحالي.

ستجعلك الكاتبة خلال ذكرياتها عن القراءة، تحفر في ذكرياتك المنسية. ذكريات تعرفها لكن لا تفكر فيها. مثلا عندما تتكلم عن مدام لافروا صديقة العائلة التي فتحت لها قبو منزلها المليء بالكتب وكانت بدايتها الحقيقية مع القراءة، هتلاقي الموقف ده بيفكرك بالناس اللي كانوا مدخلك لعالم القراءة. تذكرت حينها مكتبة جدتي رحمها الله وروايات أجاثا كريستي المرصوصة على رفوفها. ذكرى بعيدة أحيتها الكاتبة بمشاركة ذكرياتها ..
