I’m literally rooting against this relationship. This friends to lovers needs to be friends to strangers cause he don’t care enough for me.

Tell tell tell and never show show show. How many “they’re friends and it’s platonic, but surprise he’s been captured by her from the first moment and she wants him too” are left in this book?

Idk if it’s me or this book but this has been a drag; the first 6 stories have just felt so similar that reading the one after the other feels repetitive & story 7 doesn’t feel promising. I loved each one individually but this book seems like the kind you savor bit by bit rather than all at once. I also haven’t been super focused or engrossed in reading in the last 9 months, switching to the audiobook may help.

The second story is quite clever.

So far so good.
