I can get through it. I keep hoping it's getting better. It's not for me

I'm almost half way through this book. The lead character, Abra, reminds me of a spineless, pathetic woman who'd do anything to hold onto a monumentally horrific marriage to a dominating, ignorant jerk of a man. I just want to reach in and slap this woman. I really hope it gets even marginally better....

I read the first and last two chapters. This book is not for me.

I'm not sure of this book. She keeps mentioning her period. Once is enough! She describe the smell of semen, ewww!
