About 25-26%, got to part past the first book’s events. Just told from different perspective...

Ugh, yet another instance of not knowing correct peerage address or titles in this book. John was just referred to as Viscount Cambrey at Eton for his courtesy title. Uh, if the title is Earl of Cambrey, it’s not the same for the courtesy titles! It would have been Viscount Sheffield or something, not Cambrey. And now, since he only got the Earldom recently, the Cam nickname makes no sense either.

Interesting, the first part of this book is actually the same scenes as towards the end of the last book but from the point of view of Cam and Maggie. Although, Maggie seems really immature, which I thought in the previous book as well. Hopefully she will grow up a bit in the course of this book.

This started off really well, but since the after chapter 1 it’s been like watching paint dry. I give up. Lord Anguish? I wanted angst. I got dreariness.
