I love a 1300s historical fiction. Starr is doing something slightly irritating. It is written from the main character’s perspective and he will have a thought and share it with us, the reader. Then he will share his thought with those around him and THEN he will share the same thought to someone at home who was not present when he first had his thought. Now the reader has read that same thought 3 times.
