I first read this book in1962 when the Abbott edition was first published. It has 209 pages, not 201. It was very controversial among Southern Baptists at the time. According to the copyright page in the Abbott Edition, it was first published by Broadman Press in 1961. The Abbott Edition was published in 1962 by The Bethany Press with a Library of Congress catalog card # 61-7547.
