I’m at Part 3. At first I thought there were only 2 parts. part 2 effortlessly rolls into part 3. My heart is in a vice. I don’t want this book to end!

Nyla K is clearly a witch. I haven't read an MF romance in years, and this seems like that's what's happening rn, but I'm actually not mad about it. It's labeled as an MM book so I'm really confused, is he fucking her dad? God dammit don't spoil it for me I guess, Nyla will work her magic I'm assuming

It’s great to have characters act their age. Tracien (the FMC) is 18 and she acts like a naive 18 year old girl.

This is the slowest of slow burns. I’m not use to this from Nyla K. I’m finally and a steamy-ish scene. No full on spice yet, but how this story is hold leaves the readers at the edge of their seats waiting and waiting. The relationship develops naturally, which makes this feel more taboo. I respect Nyla K’s wishes in not posting spoilers.

9 hours in. This is different than what I’m use to from Nyla K. So far, it’s a very slow burn. However, she’s such an amazing writer. I can stop listening. The narrators are fantastic!
