Surprised by how much I'm enjoying this.

The heroine has no sense of self-preservation in the fae camp.

I don't understand what Cliff sees in this chick besides that she's hot. I'm not buying into the emotional melodramatic inner pov from the heroine about feelings. I think I liked Vale & Caspan's story too much and this isn't living up.

The author went way overboard with the vomiting'.

I'm not into Cliff's melodrama rn.

OMG this bitch is complaining about the wine being cheap and how she'd prefer something better and it's the end of the world. See, at least with Vale when she was morally ambiguous it was out of self-preservation or revenge/spite. It wasn't this petty.

I'm tired of the heroine vomiting. The author has described the heroine vomiting at least 10 times now.

Vale is more likable than Coralie. At least V was a survivor and badass. Coralie's complaints don't make sense for this post-apocalyptic environment and I'm wondering how in the world she's survived this long with this attitude. She can't cook? Still? She's worried about staining her white dress? She's making digs at houses that aren't as nice as the ones she grew up in, when most of the world has been burned?
