Tengo arrives at his father’s retirement home and begins telling him the story of his entire life in a candid and sincere way. After finishing the story and finding a new security in himself, his father is taken away for some tests. After getting some tea, he returns to find an Air Chrysalis in the bed where his father was, after taking some time to muster up the courage he looks inside and sees a young Aomame.
