Status Updates From The Men

wooowwww! this woman can write! holy crap! what a neat neat book. lots of randomlesbianism whuich i suppose would happen in a world sans men i am super intrigued by the video called "the men" it really reminds me of the mystery footage from pattern recognition. soo good!! i am hooked and might finish this book tonight. read it!

ok this book is still slammin once again there is a content warning for rape and sex assault in it. its nothing too long but it happens theres an interesting new layer to the story, mysterious footage like in pattern recognition this footage dealing with the disappearance of the men and some nice conspiracy culture around the disappearance!

wow!!! magnificent! the last 10% was a bit tough. i'm never a fan of sex assault or rape in fiction as character development but this author managed to include it inn the story. its a tough disgusting read but its not like tortureporn or anything it just happened to the character and i feel like its going to be important later the worldbuilding here is as good as newman's 1984 julia prequel! magnificent!

hoooooly moly! tghis book is onj track for 5 stars! its a premise very similar to y: the last man meeting the leftovers one day all male humans instantly disappear. i love this cuz have you met us men??? i really like the book so far cuz theres no scrabbling attemps to find them but it looks at what post male society could look like. there are quite a few pov characters i cannot wait to see what the remaining brings
