This book is a dark look at the apocalypse or second coming. A battle between God’s Chosen and the Vampires. Trigger warning, there is a rape scene. So far, I am enjoying this unique take. The heroine is strong and has endured all sorts of abuse. Even while being told she can’t change anything she continues to look for a better way. I’m hoping for a quiet day coming up so I can finally finish this book!
