fun premise but painfully dated. this was published in 2020, but if you had told me this was from 2010, I would've believed it immediately

all i do recall from this story is that creepy depressing ass plot where a little boy was hurt and killed and buried or hidden behind the walls???
and something about the fmc finding his poor remains in the present future and the past present ..??

i dont recall the mcs romance at all

Getting a bit better

Skipping over too much minutiae and waiting to get into the mystery of the missing women on the moors. Maybe that will improve the book. So far, I’m not enthralled.
