I liked chapter 6 on racism. Some parts are worth knowing, and yes, I remember Walter Payton on the Chicago Bears in the 80s. They had a Chicago bears song too around 85 that we played in the house.
His part of not knowing his dad, and when he died, he had no remorse because he only seen him like 3-4 times in his lifetime...died when he was like 40. this is similar to my dad's story, didn't show any concern either.
