Many nature books, including this one, take evolution to be an indisputable fact. Reading this as a Christian, one can see that the complexities of octopuses herald the vast creativity of God and shine his glory to the depths of the deepest sea.

So far it’s been surprisingly enjoyable. You know how some nonfictions just don’t hit - and then you’re stuck dragging through it forgetting everything 10 pages back cause you were bored AF…. Ya, that’s not this book at all! Wonderful writer and I’m loving it - super educational along with emotional in all the right ways. So as of about 1/2 way through I’m giving it ⭐️⭐️⭐️
