Tynthanal fell silent, his body going still.
It was a telling silence.
"Why keep teaching him if it wasn't doing any good?" she pressed, feeling more than a twinge of disappointment. She did not like to think of her husband as a bully and she had rarely seen him as anything but kind.

We’re finally having some action! Excited to see this story unfold.

I’m procrastinating reading. It’s starting to pick up a bit but not enough to keep my attention. I really wish I could like this 3rd book.

I’m finding it hard to finish this one. It’s dragging. No action and so much talking. I hope it picks up soon.

Slow pace. No action. Short conversations that lead to nothing. Why are we chatting to this person? Will it tie into something soon happening? No. Just spending precious pages on dialogue that doesn’t add to the story. Also, Kailee is getting really annoying. Seems selfish, while everyone around her is sacrificing for the greater good, she’s all about her and her experience.

I'll have to admit; the story got slow there for a bit... but we're back in action now!
