Status Updates From Edge Case

man proposed to mc with card saying "Marlin % Edwina=0" as in without each other they'd be nothing, and he's left her, he cut the card in two so now one piece says "Marlin %" and the other says "Edwina=0"
I get falling out of love or even starting to hate your partner but like... saying either she now means nothing to you or is worthless is so... painful. like can you not remember how it felt to love that person ?
