This reader finds this situation, offputting, not very believable. Slogging on…

Now that was a very painful scene. The ex Duke kissing Imogen and both being overwhelmed by it. Jarring, an incident of passion that felt rather like ingesting something down the wrong tube of the throat. Definitely one of the worst descriptions I have ever read.
