I can see how Lovecraft's writing is foundational to other horror. Unfortunately, because I'm familiar with modern tropes and things, this isn't like,, scary or shocking to me. The art (STUNNING) is the main thing keeping me going atp

Also, is Chthulu worshippers having darker skin canon to the og text? I've never read Lovecraft directly so is that a him thing or is that a liberty this artist took? (Cont'd below)
