This book is incredible. It should be required reading for all pilates instructors. This not only gives clear instructions on the basic moves but also gives multiple variations on those moves. These are variations I couldn't find online with a fitness professional background. They truly are gold. Being able to teach pregnant women, plus size people, elderly people, and disabled people,should be the industry standard.

I just found out that balance balls are supposed to align with your height. Like I'm 5ft 5in so I should have a 22in ball. But my husband who is 6ft 2in should use a 30in ball.

Anyway I really like this book so far.
