Status Updates From Fantastic Journey: The Soul...

Taking a break for a moment. This book is good, but I’m not that big on fantasy so I need a change.

The author has put a great deal of work into this book, and for that reason, I continue. I am not a huge fan of fantasy; however, I’m doing my best to expand my horizons!

I am trying to get a crack on this book. It’s not as quick of a read as I hoped, but I’m savoring all the wisdom and insight the author gives us on fantasy - a genre that I love but haven’t delved into often.

A journey begins, as ours is about to end. Your hands overflowing with jewels, lay them carefully in your treasure chest, and follow us on a last dive, even into the magnificent allure of a new world, for we have dropped anchor at our port. Sometimes we overlook the wealth closest to home.

An excellent reference book but not a quick read. Honestly, I’m enjoying it; however, it’s taking me ages to get through each chapter since it’s full of excerpts from other books to describe the topic... Well put together, but more for writers than fantasy lovers, though they’ll find some hidden gems within the pages!

Slow rolling due to being tired and this book needs concentration. I’m enjoying it but it’s not an easy read like Court of Swans or Inkheart.

Inspiring book! I’m getting so many ideas for my fantasy books that I have to stop reading to write them all down. While I’m not a fan of reading many fantasy novels, I do love writing them and thinking about imaginative worlds we can only go in our dreams!

The world is wide, and the worlds are wider. Often each is larger within than they are without.
One such world of dream weaves more than wonder.
