Had to skip most of the prologue since it is mainly praise of the book, sprinkled in with some business leader's thoughts. I'll probably go back to but it just feels self congratulatory. Rubbed the wrong way for a self confessed "straight white male with a comfortable upbringing and private school education who spent 30 of his 34 years in business in leadership positions" say that the best discussions come from allys
