Ok so Eric was stalking her the whole time after highschool maybe? Peter doesn’t seem to be like hiding anything from her so maybe he didn’t have something to do with it the way initially thought. Like maybe Eric used Kelley as beta testing for something crazy, and wasn’t approved and that’s what Peter means?

Really enjoying the mystery, I like how it gets right to what’s going on without too much build up leading to the mystery. I think it’s something to do with the app your wish is our command thing like a stepford wife type programming or something going on with Kelley. So good!
