I am half way through the book. This is what I think: if you want to write your memoir, do it but do not blend it with the science and your findings. I don’t care about your life or human moments. Just give me the method and findings in proper order.

The narrator who is also the author of the book pronounces fungi as “fun-jiii”. It is so jarring I am this close to stopping. :/
