Dude, the amount of sexual objectification of women in this story collection makes me agree with others that Harlan is a misogynist, especially in “A boy and his dog.” He did disclose that he doesn’t like most of his writing in the intro, but he didn’t acknowledge the blatant repeated sexism. There’s only so many times you can assume it’s the character’s “quirks” and not the writer’s flaw.
