Status Updates From The Well

Oh Marie, I think you know how to write mystery well. I think readers are being given just enough information to figure out who killed Cassie and Elise on their own.
But the thing I don't understand is why he is doing it. Assuming my current guess is correct.

This has such a good storytelling style. Coming in, we know one of the teens dies, but we are seeing both that fateful night and the modern investigation alongside each other. They are in alternate chapters, all narrated by Haven.

Another Halloween read in preparation for the blog post. This one has a lot of potential for spookiness........

I don't know how many times I've read this book, still love it though and a comfort read for me. The pace, the alternate present and past chapters, the characters, I find all of it really work together. It has enough suspense and horror to classify it as such but not too much I'm tense reading it. 😁

i am not really feeling this yet but i’m not willing to give up since i actually bought a copy fffff 😪
