Status Updates From The Call

I'm not sure about this one. So far it's mostly the mmc's POV and it's really dry. He's depressed. That was obvious in the first chapter yet the focus remains on that. I want to hear the mfc's story. That's the interesting part. I'm not sure I can slog through his portion to get to hers.
