Status Updates From Wish (Scales 'N' Spells #2.5)

Huh. This one had far less OMG! Tension! in it. There was a little peril, but not nearly to the degree as the previous books.

I’m confused. I just finished an installment of this series that involved, um, stealth techniques. Why aren’t they being deployed in this book?

Okay, now we’ve got a mage who is deliberately looking for the dragons and seems comfortable in his abilities. Thank goodness. I was toying with devising a drinking game.

All three of these stories are feeling the same. Mage has been a victim of homophobia. He finds out dragons are pan and can’t believe it. Talks almost on every page how amazing that is. Ends up with the first dragon he meets. I’m bored.
