Minette sure is a curious character to read about. She is a (happily!) worshipful tail-wagging doormat to her master, but she would also happily fire, abuse or murder anyone in his household who doesn't answer to her right away. She's basically the alpha-est slave ever, I guess

Whoa. This is a fascinating world of depravity. I find myself enraptured by the story and by Minette and how Seville loves her but seems to indulge in all the sin that comes with being a vampire. I feel a bit conflicted - trying to understand his psyche and lifestyle. Also - I’m only halfway and so much has happened. I like the blood lust and how they kill without remorse - her too.

WTF. How is there only 2% left in this book ???

This is dipping into harem drama on a level I wasn't expecting. And I kind of want the story to move beyond the harem drama. It's apart of this entire story, of course, but idk. This is so close to being an all time favorite but I need it to move beyond the harem.

This is so emotional it's stressing me out. My heart is in my throat. I want to be finished with this book so I can get it out of my system.

What does one say upon hearing something so utterly sad?

I feel her devastation. damn. I'm in amazement right now with this author. I went into this expecting a trashy, smutty vampire erotica. Instead I'm getting a full blown epic gothic horror & romance.

He steps over the dead man with me in his arms. The sight of his seed leaking from between the orbs of the whore's ass makes his cock jump. He looks away from the corpse in anger, wishing he could go back and fuck him again to remember what it felt like. The thought makes his chest tighten in disgust for himself. Something needs to be done. And that something would break him and scatter the pieces to the wind.
