Status Updates From La fille, seule (Ella Dark #1)

Too dark, but not unexpectedly so. I just changed my mind about wanting to read the macomb before bed. Overall, the storyline was interesting, though predictable at times. I thought the writing felt familiar, and not in a good way - more like the characters weren't as profoundly educated as one would expect an FBI forensic analyst to be. But the book was easy to follow despite my days long breaks.
