Status Updates From We Run the Tides

This is the worst book of 2026 for me on so many levels. Only 5% of this book that is actually realistic to the experiences of a 13 year old girl, related to the drama within changing friend groups in this pubescent age. I am deeply disturbed by the many explicit references and scenes which take place for these girls in this storyline. Loved the way Vida describes San Fransisco, I had high hopes for this book. Bummer
