Oh good. She too seems to understand that not everyone views the same things with pleasure. I appreciate THE COMMON SENSE.

Oh good Mary isn’t terribly enchanted by his little story.

I’m not entirely sure I appreciate Ryder’s little speech about his father’s studying. Just because he doesn’t understand it or view it as pleasurable doesn’t mean Ryder knows more about the human existence than his father. His entire argument rubbed me the wrong way.

I’m kinda hating all the characters I liked in P&P…

After watching the show I could not understand all of the mixed reviews I had seen for this book. The fact that it takes 200 pages to get Mary to London makes that make much more sense. If I hadn’t already formed a love for these characters and I didn’t know what was coming, I think I also would have struggled to make it through the first half. As it is, I do know. And I love them all deeply.

Chapter 68, 68% in the book. I’m surprised her mother hasn’t made an appearance in a long while. I wonder if that will change soon.

Ok so not a blatant confession but close enough. I don’t like. Ryder needs to go away. He’s nice enough but still.

This took me far longer to learn in life than I care to admit. And I don’t mean that they only ever have to be positive but more that they need to be happy enough to not tear others down.
