That was the most dramatic confrontation over cheating I have read. In a good way.

I am back in love with this; it's a large cast, neighbour kids and all, but the kids and support cast in general are finely realised, I think.

Our couple are in poverty in old age. This novel talks about class. I love it.

This is LGBT fiction rather than romance. Great historical sense, fine character work, excellent so far.

I had my first official 8 hour day of work today so I didn't have too much time to read. I'm still enjoying the book and its themes although I think I will end up giving it at most 4.5 stars. I think its good but with the premise it has it could have been great. I still recommend it though, but make sure to check trigger warnings!

Day 2 of this book completed (likely) I'm really enjoying this story. I wouldn't say its a romance but there is definitely romance in it and its a big part of the story but not in the way most romance books are. This books main theme seems to be complicated relationships and how we can love and how we do love people who aren't perfect, who struggle. Its just very realistic. I'm excited to see where this book goes.

Ok so I'm likely not going to be reading any more today (its pretty late) so I want to write my current opinions. I definetly am liking the book so far although its wirtten in a style I don't normally read. Its very much she did this and he did that etc. but it suprisingly flows really well in this authors style and it doesn't feel bland at all. Also I'm saying this in advance but this book is going to break my heart
