Waarom moet ik dit alles pas om m’n 30ste leren uit een boek en is dit niet gewoon allemaal algemene kennis?!

I stopped reading this as I realised just what a load of woo it is. The author introduces the book, cherry picking out of date studies to try and add some sort of scientific under pinning to this nonsense. I also didn't like the shaming of people who choose/need to use painkiller to deal with their periods or to point out that people who take the pill aren't experiencing a 'real' period ... ahem get stuffed

We should learn this in school.
