Was gifted this by my work mentor and have been fascinated so far:
-change the "power of the paradigm" that trainers talk and learners listen.
-use brain-friendly pedagogy to bring discussion, movement, participation, teaching-back
-if deprived of stimulation, the brain creates its own world (daydreaming)
-people remember emotional experiences
-create informal learning environments for comfy & collaborative learning
